Las Vegas Raiders tight ending Darren Waller had the problem of returning from a knee injury on Thursday’s Thanksgiving Day game against Dallas Cowboys. Waller picked up an injury in the second half of the welcome on Court 21. Waller was seen training on an exercise bike on the sidelines of Las Vegas after leaving the game.
Waller is someone the Raiders can’t afford to lose. One of the NFLThe team’s top player, Waller entered Thursday’s game with 51 610-yard tackles and two touchdowns this season. Since the start of the 2019 season, the 7-year-old has caught 250 passes for 2,984 yards and 14 touchdowns.
The Raiders’ tight fallback ending is Foster Moreau, who entered Sunday’s game with 11 hits (on 14 goals) in 132 yards and three touchdowns. Moreau scored the Raiders’ only goal in last Sunday’s 32-13 loss Cincinnati Bengals.
Las Vegas is currently 5-5 and in third place in the AFC West. The Raiders won their first two games under caretaker manager Rich Bisaccia before losing the last three. The franchise is chasing its first win over the Cowboys since 2005. The two teams have split the first 12 games, with the Cowboys winning the last three in the series.
