Dreams & Nightmares CS: GO Skins Revealed: Full Info

Valve recently announced all the winners Dream & Nightmare Workshop Art Competition a few days back, on the 22ndNS November 2021. The contest is aimed at all CS:GO community artists coming forward and sharing their creativity by designing certain weapon skins for the game.

Finally, 4 months later, Valve came up with a shortlist of a total of 17 submissions (weapon skins) out of a total of 15,000 submissions it had received. Each winning entry was awarded $100,000 USD, bringing the total contest prize money to $1.7 Million USD.

The original contest offered a total prize pool of US$1 million, which would be divided among 10 winning entries. However, the developers have chosen a total of 17 skins for the upcoming Dreams & Nightmares CS: GO Weapon Case.

Dreams & Nightmares CS: GO Weapon Skins – Full Info

The deadline to submit entries for the contest is 21NS October 2021 gives all creators a total of 91 days to brainstorm and execute. Out of 15,000 submissions, Valve ultimately selected 17 different weapon skins over 22NS November, donate $1.7 million to shortlisted creators for their efforts.

Valve will continue to work with the artists in the coming weeks prior to the release of skins in CS:GO. Skins will be rolling out as part of the Weapon Box in Dreams & Nightmares’ CS:GO.

AK-47 | Nightwish [Pearlescent] – Created by Nextgenz

Either Covert skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapons Box. This skin has a pearl effect and features elements of deer, Scandinavian mythology, dream catchers, and black light.

MP-9 | Starlight – Created by TheDanidem

Either Covert skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapons Box. This skin is built on a dream theme, with a unicorn as the centerpiece, and the weapon’s white areas are reminiscent of the marble-like material.

MP-7 | Fear – Created by Niran

One of the three Classified skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapons Box. This skin depicts abandoned souls falling into the pit of nightmares, “You can’t escape your fate”.

Double Berettas | Beware of Sleep – Created by Sebasteter and Kuch

One of the three Classified skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapons Box. The creators of this skin didn’t say much about it, but that creepy smile is a pretty big deal.

FAMILY | Rapid Eyes – Created by Sparkwire and Druida

One of the three Classified skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapons Box. This is a weapon ending based on REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, when most dreams occur, “The eyes of a mad dreamer, what can they see?”

XM-1014 | Zombie Offensive – Created by Okeyush

One of the five Restricted skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapon Box. The interface displays a collection of Zombiized CT and T characters from CS:GO.

PP-Bizon | Space Cat – Created by Maloo

One of the five Restricted skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapon Box. The skin shows a character that looks like a cat, the creator describes it as “Feet of the Universe”.

G3SG1 | Dream Glade – Created by Druida

One of the five Restricted skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapon Box. The skin seems to be based on a strange, magical forest, “A void in the forest of the mind.”

M4A1-S | Insomnia – Created by Madara and Blazer

One of the five Restricted skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapon Box. In this interface, the creators tried to integrate their work into Valve’s universe while observing realism in every detail.

USP-S | Ticket to Hell – Created by Supremat

One of the five Restricted skins will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapon Box. This skin is based on an ergonomic design with numbers, labels, barcodes and other technical information.

The QR code on the weapon is unique as it leads to the creator’s Steam Workshop page.

Five-Seven | Alpha And Omega – Created by Anbu and Kasim.Tattoo

One of the seven Military Stat skins that will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapon Box. No specific weapon description has been provided by the creator, as the skin appears to have random sketches on it.

SCAR-20 | Chicken Fight – Created by Guardian Gear

One of the seven Military Stat skins that will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapon Box. The interface shows the famous CS:GO chickens fighting with each other, a nightmare for many fans.

MAC-10 | Pixies – Created by Catmagen and B3d

One of the seven Military Stat skins that will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapon Box. The skin’s creator describes it as “Someone caught the mischievous cats and put them in a jar. Now they will always look at you, even if the drawing is deleted. “

MP5-SD | Kid’s Necronomicon – Created by Hook and Kvahu

One of the seven Military Stat skins that will be part of the Dream and Nightmare Weapon Box. The skins are based on a child’s version of what the Necronomicon (the book of the dead) might include.

These are all 17 weapon skins selected by Valve as the winners of the Dreams & Mightmares art contest. They will be available in a weapon case soon though they will be added to the game.
