Atletico Madrid vs AC Milan: Champions League live, TV channel, watch online, news, odds

No team predicted that they would start the Champions League like this. In fourth place in La Liga, Atletico Madrid need a win on Wednesday on Supreme + with help from Porto to secure a spot in the knockout stages. AC Milan are currently ranked first in Serie A but with only one point in the Champions League will need to beat Atletico and Liverpool to have a place in the round of 16. After a big 4-3 loss to Fiorentina, Milan’s defense will need to play better to get a result here.

Milan had one of the worst attacks in the Champions League with just 3.14 xG. As for the competitions, only Sherrif and Malmo had worse scores while Dynamo Kyiv came close. Atletico are slightly better with 4.98 xG but at least they have a solid defense that has only conceded six goals so far.

Atletico Madrid: Antoine Griezmann and Joao Felix will need to be at their peak on Wednesday to increase attack speed. There is nothing to worry about Atletico holding on to Milan in the last game but with Milan dropping to 10 men early in the last game and Zlatan Ibrahimovic also not playing, this match could be a little different. Rodrigo De Paul is the center of the pitch for Diego Simeone’s side and he will play a big role in both defense and forward play.

AC Milan: Through Zlatan is everything possible? AC Milan will be delighted to welcome the return of almost all of their first pick XI to this important game. They will need all they can get from the link between Rafael Leao and Zlatan to see this clearly. I don’t want to throw all the numbers out the window for Milan in this game, but playing too many games or getting injured or having ten men on the pitch, the numbers don’t give all the context here. But an important number lies at a point and they will need to do everything in their power to change it.

I think Milan got the job done quickly because the 40-year-old is still getting their job done, Zlatan. Pick: Milan 3, Atletico 2
