Political thriller 2013 Purge currently dominating the streaming charts.

Based on FlixPatrol, Purge in the following list of ten apps, including iTunes, Google Play, and Hulu. Viewers from the US only appear in the Hulu ratings, while iTunes and Google Play audiences are in different countries.

Purge follows James Sandin (Ethan Hawke) and his family as they battle to survive the night when the government allows an annual 12-hour criminal assault. In this case, all crimes, including murder, are legal. The reason around this day is because of the high crime rate and overcrowded prisons.

The film also stars Lena Headey, Max Burkholder, Adelaide Kane, Edwin Hodge, Rhys Wakefield, Tony Oller and Arija Bareikis. Above PurgeReleased in 2013, it grossed $89.3 million worldwide against its $3 million budget. Despite the commercial success, the film received mixed reviews from critics.

Purge eventually spawned four other sequels, including Eternal Purge, the fifth season of the series, premiering in July 2021. In addition to feature films, the franchise also features a 20-episode television series that aired from September 2018 to December 2019. Following his work on Purge, Hawke went on to work on many projects. List includes Boyhood, The Cruel 2, 24 Hours to Live, First Reform, The Black Phone, and The Guilty, with Jake Gyllenhaal.

Purge currently streaming on iTunes, Google Play, and Hulu.
